Cancellation Policy
You will have up to 48hrs before your appointment for cancellation/ rescheduling with full deposit refund.
If cancellation is after the 48hr period there is a 50% cancellation fee. If due to a last minute emergency, your deposit can be put towards your rescheduled appointment. If there’s another cancellation for the following appointment, the fee will not be transferred to another appointment and you’ll be required to book a new service with a new deposit.
Any client that no-show (does not show up) for any appointments forfeits their deposit.
An appointment will be determined a no-show if the client does not show up to 20mins after scheduled appointment time and has not communicated with the stylist.
